We don’t aim to duplicate or replace your execution tools, we aim to connect them and leverage them better across teams making them, and you, more efficient.

Is Nevam customizable to our specific needs?

Yes. Nevam starts with a canvas that you create to suit your needs and the way you want to view a journey, use case or campaign. The difference is that every card (content) syncs across canvases, so you don’t lose the work anyone else is talking about or assigning. Nevam adapts to your customer journeys, internal workflows, and use cases, whether you're focused on loyalty, claims, onboarding, or cross-sell.

What if we already use tools for analytics and project management?

Perfect. We aren’t an analytics tool. We connect to your analytics and project management tools so the customer experience finally has a seat at the metaphorical table in your workflow. All of the wishlist items, customer pain points, insights, and recommendations need somewhere to live and be managed. We help you surface the blind spots between platforms and the content sent out after execution, giving you one unified CX view.

How does Nevam help with internal alignment?

Our onboarding can be tailored to your team and needs. We don’t send you to a help center to figure it out. We teach you how to fish as they say.

How long does it take to implement Nevam?

Once you get access, it takes under an hour to have a canvas built with content syncing.

Does Nevam require ongoing manual work?

Most channels are synced and so they don’t require updates. If there is a channel we don’t have a sync for though, it would mean manually keeping those journey cards up to date. But if that happens, just request the channel in our product community and we can give you a view on when we can get it synced for you.

Security & Compliance

Is Nevam secure?

Yes. Nevam meets enterprise security standards, end-to-end encryption, and strict access controls. We strive to keep our data protected and only process data as required. At the moment we do not ingest clients PII data or any confidential data in our own systems. Our source code and secrets are encrypted.

Do you store our data?

Our servers are google cloud based and support geos based on requirements. Nevam does not ingest or store PII. We only process metadata or experience layer data required to generate journey insights. Your data sovereignty is respected.

Can Nevam work in regulated industries like finance or government?

Yes. Our platform is designed to support compliance-driven environments. We work with government, banking, and insurance clients where data sensitivity and traceability are critical.
