Is Nevam customizable to our specific needs?

What if we already use tools for analytics and project management?

Perfect. We aren’t an analytics tool. We connect to your analytics and project management tools so the customer experience finally has a seat at the metaphorical table in your workflow. All of the wishlist items, customer pain points, insights and recommendations need somewhere to live and be managed. How long does it take to implement Nevam?

Once you get access, it takes under an hour to have a canvas built with content syncing.

Does Nevam require ongoing manual work?

Most channels are synced and so they don’t require updates. If there is a channel we don’t have a sync for though, it would mean manually keeping those journey cards up to date. But if that happens, just request the channel in our product community and we can give you a view on when we can get it synced for you.
