This Friday night, our founder Brittany Fox took home the Innovator Award at the Women Leading Tech Awards by B&T, sponsored by Atlassian.
The origin story? Watch the video.
Her words say it better than we can.
Brittany started Nevam on a belief that enterprises shouldn't be guessing their customer journey. That living journey maps — and eventually a digital twin — could fundamentally change marketing, customer experience and operational efficiency. She built that vision from scratch. On a bet on herself.
And last Friday night, the industry recognised it.
B&T noted that in just three months, Brittany transformed a prototype into a solution for major Australian liquor chain BWS — mapping more than 90 friction points across the customer journey whilst integrating platforms from Adobe, Google and Meta. A complete game changer for teams previously operating in silos. Nevam doesn't stop at insight either, closing the loop by linking all findings directly to operational systems and turning data into action.
As Kirstin Hunter, CEO of Birchal, put it: Brittany is "the perfect mix of expertise and innovation, confidence and coachability, hustle and reality."
And last Friday night, the industry recognised it.
We also want to celebrate the incredible finalists who shared the stage — the standard was exceptionally high, and it was an honour to be among you:
Chaz Domingo (Probe Group)

Libby Varcoe (Atlassian)
Olga Zharuk (TeqBlaze)
Sophie Avard (Atlassian)
A sincere thank you to Tom Fogden, his team at B&T and the judges who gave their time to assess an incredibly strong field. Awards like this only mean something because of the people behind them — and the standard they set.
AI is no longer a future consideration. It is actively reshaping how customers discover, evaluate, and purchase. In Sydney, we brought together leaders across brand, agency, and technology to discuss what it truly means to operate in a dual-audience world - where your next “customer” might be an autonomous agent.
Discover why Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) is emerging as a critical strategy for modern marketers, and how CX, content, and trust now shape your AI visibility.

What if there was a place where marketers, leaders, agencies and digital teams could talk about the real challenges? Not another Slack group filled with tool promos. Not a webinar where you’re talked at for an hour. But a community built around you.
